hey guys please explain this in generator when plane of coil is perpendicular to magnetic field electric flux is maximum but flux linkage is zero. i dont understand this as flux linkage is N(phi)

I think you may be slightly confused and I'll hazard a guess at where your thinking is off the rails: When plane of coil is perpendicular to magnetic field the magnetic flux linked by the coil is indeed maximum - in other words the flux linkage is maximum. At this instant however the induced voltage is zero because it is proportional to the rate of change of the flux linkage which (at a maximum turning point) is instantaneously zero.
